Rebecca L. Fisher is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, as well as admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of Texas, the US Courts of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Federal Circuit. She has also practiced in the New Mexico District pro hoc vice. She has been in private practice since 1994. She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Rebecca L. Fisher has worked extensively in the investigation and trials concerning employment-related cases. She has litigated employment law cases on behalf of state and federal employees, in State and Federal Courts as well as litigating cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board for federal employees.

Rebecca has experience in litigation involving multiple plaintiffs and multiple defendants.
